STOP Spillover’s Senior Technical Lead for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
Dr. Dawn Terkla is Associate Provost at Tufts University, where her responsibilities include oversight of the Office of Institutional Research (OIR), serving as the University’s monitoring and evaluation team leader for the USAID-funded EPT2 One Health Workforce project, and providing guidance on issues related to institutional research, outcomes assessment, and evaluation. Dr. Terkla is STOP Spillover’s Senior Technical Lead for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. She earned a doctorate in higher education research from Harvard University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California Berkeley.
