Chanthy Srey

STOP Spillover Country Team Lead for Cambodia

Chanthy Srey is an agricultural systems economist whose work focuses on policy analyses, sector programming, project design and evaluation, project financial and economic analyses, and micro-econometric economic modeling. He is the STOP Spillover Country Team Lead for Cambodia. Mr. Srey’s clients have included the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, UN agencies, bilateral agencies, private sector firms, and government institutions. He has also taught statistics and research methods, project management, and economics at public and private universities in Cambodia. Mr. Srey’s primary life goal is to promote peace and sustainable, equitable, and inclusive development. He holds a Master’s degree from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
