Impact briefs are short descriptions of STOP Spillover research activities and interventions across all of the project countries: Bangladesh, Cambodia, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, and Viet Nam.
The briefs include information about country-level activities, approaches, and outcomes related to the project's three main objectives: 1) understanding the risk factors that contribute to viral spillover from animals to humans; 2) implementing interventions at spillover points to prevent zoonotic disease; and 3) assessing risk reduction practices and policies to prevent spillover and mitigate amplification and spread of disease.
The impact briefs reflect a range of activities across surveillance, biosafety management, social behavior change, and outbreak preparedness and response.
