Dr. Elaine Faustman

Risk Analysis and Communication Resource Hub Lead for STOP Spillover

Dr. Elaine Faustman is the Director of the Institute for Risk Analysis and Risk Communication (IRARC) at the University of Washington. Dr. Faustman is the Risk Analysis and Communication Resource Hub Lead for STOP Spillover. She has extensive experience in risk analysis, communication, and management; decision analytics; qualitative and quantitative methods; community-based participatory research approaches; and environmental and public health. Dr. Faustman, who holds a Ph.D. from Michigan State University, has experience in improved risk assessment methodologies using a One Health context. She can be reached at faustman@uw.edu.
