Dr. Jonathon Gass

STOP Spillover Project Co-Deputy Director

Dr. Jonathon Gass is an infectious disease epidemiologist and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist with experience in global health projects throughout South and Southeast Asia and Africa. Dr. Gass serves as a STOP Spillover Project Co-Deputy Director along with Dr. Felicia Nutter. Previously, he worked for Médecins Sans Frontières, Harvard University School of Public Health, and the One Health Workforce: Emerging Pandemic Threats 2.0 project. Dr. Gass holds a Ph.D. in Infectious Disease Research from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University. Dr. Gass is an Assistant Professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at Tufts University School of Medicine and has a secondary appointment in the Department of Infectious Disease and Global Health at the Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.
