STOP Spillover’s Senior Technical Advisor and the Operational Lead for JSI
Elizabeth (Liz) Creel is a Senior Technical Advisor for John Snow Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI). Ms. Creel is STOP Spillover’s Senior Technical Advisor and the Operational Lead for JSI. Over the past 30 years, Ms. Creel has worked in infectious disease; family planning/reproductive health; maternal, newborn and child health; gender; and environmental health at several NGOs, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and at JSI for more than 10 years. Previously, she was Project Director of the USAID-funded Advancing Partners & Communities project. Ms. Creel has master’s degrees in International Relations/Economics and Global Public Health.
